Every HelixDX report is signed by the reporting consultant and includes reference ranges, method notes, and (for imaging) a plain-language impression alongside the full technical read. Anonymised sample available on request.

FAQ
Common questions about results.
I've lost my reference ID — how do I get my report?+
Call +234 913 500 2400 or WhatsApp us with your full name, date of birth and approximate date of test. We'll verify your identity and re-send the report to your registered email.
My result is taking longer than the stated turnaround time.+
Some assays require confirmation or reflex testing, which extends turnaround. If your result is past the expected window, contact us and we'll give you a firm ETA the same day.
Can I get a hard copy in addition to the PDF?+
Yes. Every patient can collect a printed, stamped copy at reception at no additional cost. Bring your reference ID and photo ID.
There's an error on my report — how is it corrected?+
Contact us with your reference ID and describe the issue. Amendments are reviewed by the reporting consultant and a corrected report is re-issued, marked as an amendment with the original timestamp preserved.
Can you send my results directly to my referring doctor?+
Yes. When you identify your referring doctor during booking, your finalised report is made available to them immediately through the HelixDX portal. You can also share a copy from your patient portal.
How long do you keep my records?+
Clinical records are retained per Nigerian medical records standards. You can request a copy of any past report at any time by contacting us with your name and date of birth.
